Alias: John Doe Omicron-Zeta. OZ’s do not speak. They use a form of telepathy. The ability to speak is considered a gift by the OZs. In the history of their planet only a few dozen people have ever been able to verbally speak. Therefore, the OZ people's culture takes your words literally. OZs use their telepathy for defense by flooding one's mind with multiple perceived voices and images, driving them to near insanity. Although the O-Z people have had the ability of Interstellar travel for over a thousand generations, Doe is the first to travel among the stars. Doe built his ship himself from instructions in an ancient, long forgotten manuscript. He decided that his mission would be to expand the reputation of the OZs.
