Alias: None. Colonel/General Criss is a career military man. From San Diego, California he attended the US Naval Academy as well as both US Navy and US Army War Colleges. He is the President’s direct liaison in charge of Mega-Sapien activities. Through combined governmental agency cooperation, he has assembled a list of suspected Mega-Sapiens around the world. Currently among that list is Billy Franks of Jamaica, an unknown youth in Cleveland, Ohio, Slate Terry of Atlanta, Georgia, a traveling songstress/musician calling herself Cadence and many more. He utilizes secret government technology provided by A.I.R. Labs and Chemtech Global. His experience with Mega-Sapiens is slowly hardening the Colonel/General. His wife Laura and foster kids Chase and Tatiana seldom see him.
