Alias: Angela “Angel” Veck. Only known data suggests that Ms. Veck has lived possibly the last decade as homeless. All attempts to learn of her life prior to that have failed. She has occasionally displayed extremely high level intellect. She seems to be able to break down processes and procedures and find the flaws within them. She then can instantly develop responses to exploit those flaws. In June 1981 she was a rebellious teen and ran away from home. She somehow wound up in Cleveland Ohio where she begged and panhandled near the Cleveland Art Museum. While out back she noticed a group of young students that were in the curator’s area with the door open. She noticed a student pick up something from a shelf and appeared to be struck by lightning. It frightened her so much that she ran from the scene. A week later she returned to the rear of the museum to hear two employees talking about the boy who was rushed to the hospital.
